What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language, country and website where you signed up, the campaign parameters in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, if any), the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the dates of your sign-up, confirmation and unsubscribe.

We use this data only to email you about the opening of our store and related news, and to understand which channels bring people to us.

We do not store your IP address with your sign-up. Our server uses it briefly, in memory, to block abuse of the form. The web server may keep technical access logs, including IP addresses, for security purposes for [LOG_RETENTION].

This page sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools.

Legal basis

We email you based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your sign-up is active as soon as you submit the form. We then send you a welcome email with a link to unsubscribe at any time.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Security logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processors

Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) sends our emails on our behalf. Your email address and the content of the emails are processed by Resend. Transfers to the United States are covered by the safeguards in Resend's data processing agreement.

Our website and database run on a server rented from [HOSTING_NAME].

Both act only on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data until you unsubscribe, and at the latest until 12 months after our store opens. After that it is deleted.

If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you immediately. We keep only the record of your consent and unsubscribe until the deletion date above, so we can prove that we respected your choice.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
